After checkout, follow the access instructions provided for your order. Individual product pages list any product-specific format details that are available.

If you need help locating a purchase, email team@mindshelf.madethis.ai with the email address used at checkout and the guide name.

Because these are digital products delivered after purchase, refund requests are reviewed case by case. Contact the team for order help; no blanket refund promise is made here.
